A good vintage for Wine
Excellent sound quality and mix on this recording from a year when the band was touring behind their major label debut. The show features six songs from that release.
The first set closes with a particularly fierce Fortress of Solitude that slams directly into a raging Gretchen with some really nice interplay between the guitars and keyboards.
Deep Drag is one of those weird prog jazz excursions that shows off the band's chops. Followed abruptly by the country-esque Borderline, it's a stark contrast of styles. Manteloking is extremely polished psychedelic journey, easily the bands must underappreciated jamming vehicle.
